Michelle Rosenbaum, Property Manager, acts as the first point of contact for our valued tenants to ensure their tenancy experience with us is as enjoyable and carefree as possible. She has been with our company for 6 years and has over 26 years of experience in business management. She is responsible for the overall management and upkeep of properties acting as the primary link between property owners and tenants.

Justin Stolz expertly maintains our multi-family rental units as the Maintenance Supervisor for our expansive roster of residences. He utilizes over 13 years of experience with our company to accurately diagnose and fix problems in our rentals, while directing and coordinating our maintenance personnel to keep buildings, machinery, and facilities in good repair and operational condition.
Jacob Dorothy is our Maintenance Technician that has over 7 years of experience with our company. He is hard at work to keep our units and their amenities functioning fully for the comfort of our tenants by performing preventative maintenance and addressing minor repairs at our facilities.
Danny Coburn is our Grounds Technician responsible for creating and maintaining a beautiful and welcoming environment for all of our existing and new tenants. He is responsible for the meticulous care, maintenance, and enhancements of all outdoor areas.
