Tim Nichols utilizes more than 25 years of Real Estate and property management experience to provide our tenants with quality services. He uses his extensive knowledge about the Hot Springs area and management skills to guide tenants through every phase of the rental process.

 

 

Michelle Rosenbaum, Office Administrator acts as the first point of contact for our valued tenants to ensure their tenancy experience with us is as enjoyable and carefree as possible. Michelle has over 20 years of experience in business management and is excited to further that experience with us.

 

Justin Stolz expertly maintains our multi-family rental units as the Maintenance Supervisor for our expansive roster of residences. He utilizes over 8 years of experience with our company to accurately diagnose and fix problems in our rentals, in addition to keeping our properties looking manicured and beautiful.

Jacob Dorothy is our Maintenance Technician that has over 3 years of experience with our company. He is hard at work to keep our units and their amenities functioning fully for the comfort of our tenants. He also oversees the grounds keeping for our properties, so that our tenants are proud to call our rental property their home.
